It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life. Below are some links to information on improving mental health. Don't forget that every (full or part time/seasonal) employee has access to our new Employee Assistance program, regardless of their participation in a County-sponsored health insurance plan. This is a great benefit. Don't hesitate to use it!
