We hope you enjoyed the annual Hug the Earth Festival at Lost Creek Reserve! The fun began at noon with the Banana Slug String Band performing their popular songs like “Dirt Made My Lunch” and “Water Cycle Boogie.” There was also outdoor adventure for the whole family including High Adventure Rock Climbing Wall, Zip Lines, and Tree Climbing, Caterpillar Train Rides, an Animal Safari, Rock and Fossil Digs, Farm Animal Encounters, Butterfly House Visits, and Animal Games. Fairy and Gnome House Building, Archery and Rocket Shoots. The Superhero Trail was enjoyed by many as the Fairy Godmother Events were inspired by nature and met some of their favorite superheroes and the animals that inspired their superpowers such as bats, spiders, turtles, fish!
