Looking for a realistic way to fit physical activity into your life & keep it there? Then join us for this evidence based, 12-week program that teaches skills to overcome barriers, set goals and manage time to help you live a more active lifestyle. The program is one hour per week and includes instruction, Active Living Every Day book and on-line resources. Program is proved to: Increase physical activity, decrease BMI and reduce depression & stress over time.
This is a pilot program in partnership with the Miami County YMCA Troy-Robinson Branch and will be offered for a $10 program fee (an 80% discount) to the first 35 people who register. Space is limited, please register early.

Series Dates include: October 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 - November 7, 14, 21, 28 - December 5, 12, 19
